I have been with ixwebhosting for about 3 years. We use ixwebhosting for more of our less important websites as the server sometimes is slow and there is some timeout issue which clears out session variables. However, the good thing about ixwebhosting is that their tech support is mostly always available and somewhat timely. Solving an issue might take some time but it’s not unreasonable.
